Join our caring team as a Domestic Assistant! Location: Bridge Haven. Pay: £12.75. Hours: 28 hours. Contract: 28 hour contract.

About Bridge Haven: We are proud to have opened Wain House, a beautifully designed, purpose built home providing exceptional residential and dementia care. We are now recruiting for a range of roles to support our growing resident capacity. This is a unique opportunity to join from the very beginning and help shape a warm, welcoming home where residents, families, and staff feel truly supported and valued.

What You Will Be Doing

• Clean and maintain resident rooms, bathrooms, and communal areas
• Ensure high standards of hygiene and infection control at all times
• Follow cleaning schedules and procedures
• Replenish supplies and report any maintenance issues
• Use cleaning equipment safely and correctly
• Support a welcoming, comfortable environment for residents, visitors, and staff
• Work in line with health and safety regulations and care home policies

About You

• Previous cleaning or domestic experience (desirable)
• Understanding of hygiene and infection control standards (or willingness to learn)
• Reliable, punctual, and well organised
• A caring and respectful approach when working in a home environment
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
