We are looking for our Domain and Analysis Manager (FP&A) - Management Control. Your mission:Within the Finance Directorate and in the Management Control function, you manage the area of financial analysis and actively contribute to the economic management of the organization. In this capacity, you are responsible for the continuity of the budgeting cycle (offers, budget, business plan, forecasts) as well as the development of financial analyses to inform decision-making for the General Management. As a true partner of the General Management, you provide reliable, relevant, and decision-oriented economic analyses in an evolving environment where projections and scenario analysis are essential.Profile:You hold a degree from a university or HES in finance, economics, or equivalent. You have a confirmed experience of at least 7 years in management control / FP&A, in a similar sized environment. Ideally, you have a first experience in management or a strong enthusiasm for team leadership. You are detail-oriented and demonstrate rigor, critical thinking, and the ability to structure processes. You possess good communication skills and are recognized for your ability to influence and argue your points.
