Document Control Assistant

As a Document Control Assistant, you will support the Quality Control Team with document management and administrative activities. Working alongside experienced team members, you will assist in maintaining internal records, preparing documentation, supporting quality processes, and ensuring information is organised and accessible.
This is an excellent opportunity for an organized and detail oriented individual looking to develop a career in document control and quality administration.
About you- Candidate must be based in Ireland.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent IT and computer literacy skills.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Strong time management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
- Motivated, adaptable, and reliable.
- Fluency in English.
- Assist with maintaining document registers and trackers.
- Review documentation for formatting, consistency, completeness, and accuracy.
- Support quality management and compliance activities.
- Collate reports and supporting documentation.
- Assist with general administrative tasks across the wider team.
- Provide support to the Document Control team.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills including Excel, Word, Outlook, and SharePoint.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Experience with administrative tasks.
- Experience gained through internships, work placements, or office administration roles would be beneficial but is not essential.
Leaving Certificate or equivalent.
Recent graduates, interns, and candidates with administrative experience are encouraged to apply.
Essential ExperienceNo previous document control experience required. Full training will be provided.
