Aquatics GB, the organisation that oversees aquatics sports in Great Britain - Swimming, Para Swimming, Diving, Artistic Swimming and Water Polo - is seeking a Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Safeguarding Manager.

The normal place of work will be one of the Aquatics GB Offices

Aquatics GB operates an Agile Working Policy allowing some flexibility to work from the office/centre and from home.

This is a varied role, and its purpose is to manage, create and ensure effective delivery of Aquatics GB's commitment to Diversity, Equity and Inclusion to deliver AGB's Diversity and Inclusion Action Plan and to be the Safeguarding Lead by working collaboratively across the organisation to deliver AGB's Safeguarding Action Plan.

The role will sit within the People and Culture Team and wider Business Services Department and will work closely with the Director of People and Culture and Chief Operating Officer and General Counsel.

The successful individual will have previous experience of working within the Diversity, Equity and Inclusion and Safeguarding fields.

We are looking for a passionate, enthusiastic, self starting and strong team member who has the ability to build and maintain effective working relationships and has excellent organisation, communication, negotiation and influencing skills with the ability to manage and prioritise workloads whilst meeting deadlines.

Experience of working within the sporting industry is desirable.
