Dispute Resolution Solicitor - In House

A long-established organisation with interests in the commercial and leisure sector.

We have a rare opportunity for a Dispute Resolution Solicitor 5+ PQE to join a well-established in-house legal department.

As a member of a well-regarded team, you will provide high-quality, commercially focused legal advice on:

• Dispute resolution, public law, statutory enforcement, and compliance/regulatory matters

This will include:

• Advising upon and managing judicial review proceedings
• Property litigation
• Data protection legislation and best practices
• Information law, including responses to Environmental Information Requests
• Managing external lawyers
• Preparing and delivering training to stakeholders and the legal department
• Supervising and mentoring junior team members

To be considered for this exciting in-house role, you will have a solid dispute resolution background gained from a leading law firm or in-house experience.

You must demonstrate the ability to manage a broad workload and undertake new areas of law as required.

You will possess excellent technical and commercial skills, capable of delivering legal solutions efficiently.

The role offers hybrid work arrangements.
