Are you a Registered Nurse, Occupational Therapist or Physiotherapist looking to step away from front line clinical work?

We're recruiting WCA Functional Assessors to use their clinical expertise to assess how health conditions and disabilities impact an individual's ability to work.

• £50,000 - £51,000 starting salary


• £1,000 increase after 12 months, subject to performance


• 5% bonus after successful training + up to 10% annual bonus


• Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm


• No nights, weekends or bank holidays


• Hybrid working


• 25 days' annual leave + bank holidays


• Full 12-week training programme provided

• At least 1 year post-registration experience


• Active NMC or HCPC registration


• Strong communication, assessment and report-writing skills


• Good IT skills
