Salary: £40,000-£42,000 (rising by £1,000 at 6 & 12 months - performance dependent)

A PIP Disability Assessor role offers the opportunity to use your existing clinical knowledge and assessment skills in a new environment, with no nights, weekends or bank holidays.
You'll assess how an individual's health conditions or disabilities affect their ability to carry out everyday activities and mobility, helping to provide clear and objective information for benefit decisions.
Your Day-to-Day Role- Conduct PIP assessments through telephone and face-to-face appointments.
- Explore how health conditions affect an individual's daily living and mobility.
- Review medical evidence and gather detailed clinical histories.
- Use your clinical expertise and professional judgement to assess functional impact.
- Write clear, accurate and evidence-based reports.
- Manage a varied caseload covering a wide range of physical and mental health conditions.
- Work as part of a supportive clinical team while maintaining professional independence.
- 12 weeks of fully paid training
- Learn PIP assessment methodology, guidelines and report writing.
- Ongoing clinical support and development.
- No annual leave during the first 6 weeks of training.
- Be a Registered Nurse, Occupational Therapist, Physiotherapist, Paramedic or Pharmacist
- Minimum 1 year post-registration experience in an adult setting
- Active NMC or HCPC registration, where applicable
- Full right to work in the UK (no sponsorship available)
- Strong clinical knowledge and understanding of long-term conditions
- Excellent communication and report-writing skills
- Confident IT skills and comfortable working across multiple systems
- £40,000-£42,000 salary
- Salary increases of £1,000 at 6 & 12 months, performance dependent
- 5% approval bonus
- Up to 10% performance bonus
- £2,000 bonus usually available within 6 months
- Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm
- No weekends, nights or bank holidays
- 25 days holiday + bank holidays
