Disability Assessor - Monday to Friday Fixed Hours - Hybrid Working - Fareham

Adult Functional Assessor (PIP / WCA) for Nurse, Occupational Therapist, Physiotherapist, Paramedic, Pharmacist

Salary: £45,000 - £48,000 (+ bonus - performance based) & benefits

Location: Fareham - Hybrid (home & office)

Hours: Fixed Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm - no weekends or bank holidays

Part-time options available (3-4 days)

The role

• Conduct 3 PIP or 5-6 WCA assessments daily (face-to-face/phone)
• Review medical evidence & daily living activities
• Produce clear, evidence-based DWP reports

Full Paid 12-week training provided - no assessor experience needed.

Who we're looking for

• NMC or HCPC or GPHC-registered professional with 1+ year's adult-focused post-registration experience
• Nurses, OTs, Physios, Paramedics, Pharmacists welcome (adult-focused)
• Strong communication, report writing, and IT skills essential (No sponsorship available)
