The team works with an exciting mix of clients - from massive household names to ambitious scale-ups - spanning tech, lifestyle, sport, and entertainment. The Opportunity This is a senior, commercially focused role for someone ready to lead from the front, grow the business, and inspire a brilliant team to deliver work that's both strategically sharp and creatively brave. The successful candidate will be:

• Leading and managing a talented corporate comms team - coaching, inspiring, and setting the bar high.
• Driving growth - spotting opportunities, winning pitches, and expanding relationships with existing clients.
• Providing senior counsel to C-suite and senior stakeholders on reputation, crisis, corporate storytelling, and stakeholder engagement.
• Shaping campaigns that blend strategic insight with creativity, earning attention in the right places.
• Owning delivery - ensuring budgets, timelines, and quality are on point.

Candidate Profile The agency is looking for someone who has:

• Experience running a corporate comms function in an agency environment.
• A proven track record of building business, growing accounts, and winning new ones.
