Job Title: Hospitality Assistant

We are seeking an experienced hospitality professional to join our team in the hospitality department at Macfarlanes LLP, a leading law firm in London. The role is full-time, Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain cleanliness, presentation, and stock levels in your designated area
• Stay knowledgeable about menu items and special offers to assist customers and clients effectively
• Handle customer complaints professionally, following company procedures
• Comply with COSHH, Food Safety, and Health & Safety regulations, reporting incidents as required

Skills & Experience:

• Excellent customer service skills
• Team player with good communication abilities
• Catering experience (minimum 1 year)
• Hospitality experience (minimum 1 year)
