Our client, a global leader in digital commerce and enterprise technology, is seeking an accomplished Director of SAP Commerce Cloud Operations to lead the strategic direction, operational excellence, and continuous evolution of a large-scale SAP Commerce Cloud environment.

Reporting into senior technology leadership, you will be responsible for the operational strategy, performance, availability, and scalability of the SAP Commerce Cloud platform while leading a high performing team of engineering, DevOps, and support professionals. Working closely with business, product, and technology stakeholders, you will define and deliver strategic roadmaps, optimise platform performance, and ensure exceptional service delivery across a complex global operation.

We're looking for a commercially astute and technically credible leader with significant experience managing enterprise scale SAP Commerce Cloud (Hybris) environments. You will bring a proven track record of leading high performing operational teams, driving continuous improvement, and delivering robust cloud based solutions within complex business environments.

The successful candidate will possess deep expertise in SAP Commerce Cloud, cloud infrastructure, DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, automation, monitoring technologies, and modern microservices architecture. Experience integrating SAP Commerce Cloud with broader enterprise platforms, including SAP S/4HANA, ERP and CRM solutions, together with Agile or SAFe delivery experience, would be highly advantageous.
