WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
You own and accelerate new direct revenue across our SME segment and Tier-1 Channel (Telekom partnership), taking full accountability for ambitious growth targets in a high-velocity environment.
You build, scale, and inspire a high-performing direct and indirect sales organization, hiring exceptional talent, elevating team capabilities, and cultivating a hunter culture focused on consistent new business wins.
You design and execute a multi-product, multi-geo go-to-market strategy, ensuring that our hybrid security and compliance solutions win across regions and customer profiles.
You implement a world-class sales operating rhythm, establishing rigorous forecasting, pipeline discipline, and data-driven decision making to create predictability and repeatable success.
You act as a highly influential cross-functional partner, working closely with Marketing, Customer Success, Product, and Professional Services to ensure GTM alignment and unlock scalable revenue engines.
You stay close to the market by regularly engaging customers, prospects, and partners to identify growth opportunities, shape geographic expansion, and provide insights that directly influence product and strategy.
You lead from the front as a hands on sales leader, empowering teams through coaching, structured development, and clear execution focus, ensuring every seller is set up to consistently exceed targets.
You leverage your deep SaaS expertise to optimize our global sales operations, refining processes, tools, and workflows that drive efficiency, transparency, and high performance across the commercial organization.

THE QUALITIES YOU'LL NEED FOR A SUCCESSFUL CAREER AT DATAGUARD
Proven B2B SaaS sales leadership experience across SME and Mid Market, with a strong track record of driving new business growth and building high performing direct and indirect teams.
Demonstrated success leading multi region sales functions and aligning execution with a broader GTM strategy.
A data driven leadership style with experience defining KPIs, improving forecasting accuracy, and strengthening pipeline discipline.
Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, paired with a consistent history of exceeding commercial targets in high growth environments.
Native level German paired with excellent English communication skills.
