We are seeking a Director of Product Design to join our growing global team. In this role, you will be responsible for defining and executing our product design strategy, leading our team in crafting innovative, user-centered experiences, and fostering a culture of design excellence.

You will play a crucial role in shaping the user experience of our platform, directly impacting our mission to make global employment simple and clear for our customers, approaching every challenge with the thoughtfulness our clients and team members deserve.

We're looking for someone who is not only skilled but also deeply aligned with our core values. The ideal candidate will have:

Proven experience leading and growing high-performing product design teams, with a strong background in B2B SaaS.

A deep understanding of human-centered design principles, with a portfolio that demonstrates your ability to create user experiences that drive business outcomes.

Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product, and sales.

Strong understanding of design tools and technologies like Figma, Sketch, InVision, and the Adobe Creative Suite.

Experience with user research, usability testing, and A/B testing to inform design decisions and measure their impact.

A commitment to open and transparent communication that fosters trust within a global, remote team.
