Director of Talent, Capability & Organisational Design

BMJ is seeking a Director of Talent & Organisational Effectiveness to design and lead the enterprise talent framework, organisation design, and capability development. You will partner with the GLT to ensure leadership and workforce plans align with strategic priorities and growth.
