Director of Stakeholder Engagement & Communications

The International Baccalaureate Organization is seeking a Head of Stakeholder Communications based in Cardiff or The Hague. This pivotal role focuses on overseeing communication strategies aimed at schools and the IB community, ensuring stakeholders are informed on relevant topics.

The Head will also craft necessary messaging and resources for schools, enhancing community understanding of changes and developments within the IB. This position offers a hybrid working model, supporting both in-office and remote engagement.
