Director of Secondary Education: Transformational Leader

Greenshaw Learning Trust is seeking a visionary Director of Secondary Education. Reporting to the Executive Director of Education, you will lead the Trust's secondary schools and drive ambitious educational standards.

The role requires coaching and developing Headteachers, collaborating across phases, and championing vulnerable children. It is a permanent, full time, hybrid position with a 1 January 2027 start and regular travel between GLT hubs.
