Director of Product - Remote/Hybrid Platform Leader

Alfa Systems is seeking a Director of Product in London to lead the product function, set the vision, and translate strategy into a prioritised roadmap. You will own the investment backlog, balance growth with platform quality, and mentor Product Owners across the business.

You will collaborate with Engineering, Delivery, Strategy and Revenue, shaping the roadmap while communicating with customers and industry stakeholders. A strong background in enterprise software and finance is expected.
