Job Description
Director of Operations - Property Management (6 month Fixed Term Contract) About Your New Employer

- As Director of Operations, you will identify, assess, and mitigate both legacy and business-as-usual operational risks within the Property Management Department and broader organisation.
- You will introduce and drive enhancements to maximise operational efficiencies and position the department for future growth.
- You will review, optimise, and implement Property Management processes, workflows, and systems to ensure compliance and operational excellence.
- You will develop and execute strategic plans to resolve legacy issues and deliver continuous improvement initiatives.
- You will play a key stakeholder role in supporting transformation projects and driving high standards of client service.
- 10 or more years' senior management experience within Ireland's Real Estate industry
- Previous project management experience, with a track record in implementing policies, controls, and workflows.
- Proven expertise in operational risk assessment, gap analysis, and delivering operational improvement projects.
- Deep knowledge of statutory and contract obligations in Property Management (PSRA or equivalent).
- Strong leadership, communication, and report writing skills.
- Strong understanding of facilities and contractor management, as well as Property Management accounting workflows.
