Key Responsibilities & Expertise:

• Oversee multi-site logistics operations, optimizing efficiency, cost control, and service excellence
• Lead cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement
• Develop and implement logistics strategies aligned with business and customer objectives
• Build strong client relationships through strategic planning and service optimization
• Support new business start-ups, ensuring seamless execution and integration
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and operational best practices
• Drive financial performance, managing budgets, contracts, and productivity metrics

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, business administration, or a related field
• Minimum of five years in senior management roles within diverse 3PL and supply chain environments
• Extensive experience leading large-scale logistics operations, driving strategic initiatives, and optimizing performance
• Proven ability to implement process improvements, enhance operational efficiency, and manage stakeholder relationships
• Strong leadership skills with expertise in financial oversight, contract negotiations, and team development
