We're on a mission to make money work for everyone, redefining traditional banking and creating meaningful experiences for our customers. As we enter a new chapter of growth, we seek a strategic, creative, and analytical Media Director to shape how we connect with our audience.

Responsibilities
  • Lead Media Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive, multi channel media strategies that span brand awareness to performance led acquisition.
  • Balance Investment by Objective: Advise internal stakeholders on paid media budgets across digital, programmatic, and traditional channels, ensuring alignment with business objectives such as CAC:LTV.
  • Agency & Partner Management: Lead media agency partners, driving excellence in planning, buying, and reporting.
  • Measurement & Attribution: Work with internal data teams and external agencies to measure incrementality, attribution, and long term impact of media investment.
  • Market Leadership: Stay ahead of industry trends, platform innovations, and changes in the UK media landscape to keep the company at the forefront.
Qualities & Qualifications
  • Experienced Strategist: 10+ years in a media leadership role at a top tier agency or high growth, brand led in house team.
  • Channel Agnostic: Deep expertise in both digital performance marketing and traditional brand building, understanding their interaction for sustainable growth.
  • Commercially Sharp: Strong grasp of commercial metrics, data driven decision making, and ability to translate media work into tangible business growth.
  • Comfortable with Pace: Thrive in a fast moving, semi structured environment, leading with transparency and empathy.
  • Regulated Industry Savvy: Experience in banking, fintech, or highly regulated sectors is a major advantage.
Benefits
  • Salary: £112,000 - £142,000
  • Location: London office next to Liverpool Street station, hybrid model.
