Director of Legal & Compliance (Global Contracts)

Protect Group in the UK (Leeds) seeks a Legal Director to lead contracting, regulatory governance and corporate transactions across multiple jurisdictions. This permanent, full-time role is hybrid, based in Leeds with opportunities to shape policy and commercial strategy.

You will draft and negotiate international contracts, oversee due diligence, ensure compliance, manage HR and visa issues, and support CoSec teams on tax governance. Fluent English and 4+ years PQE are required.
