Director of Catering - London - 90k plus bonus

I am recruiting for a Director of Catering to head up the catering contract at a visitor attraction in London.

For thisDirector of Cateringrole, they require someone who has:

• Managed a large catering contract of £5m+
• Experience managing a venue with multiple retail outlets
• Experience managing large events
• Great front of house presence
• A natural way with people
• Experience managing a large team
• Excellent financials and P&L knowledge

All candidates applying for this Director of Catering role must have been in a similar role within the last year.
