Director Global Engineering - Sterile & Bio

Technology Subject Matter Expert Leader for Sterile and Bio production, acting as Business Partner and Point of Contact for relevant sites. The Engineer will provide subject matter expertise at global, cluster and site level on topics such as Standardization processes, Compliance GAP CAP, Reliability improvements, Machine, Facility and Process design, and Regulatory Affairs processes.
Job PurposeThe Business Partner leads the GE interface with global and local functions-MS&T, EHS&S, R&D, OPEX, Finance, Procurement, Cluster lead and other related functions-ensuring alignment of engineering, operations, safety, and finance objectives.
Core Responsibilities- CAPEX - LRP, AOP, routine budgeting, financial performance, KPI management.
- PRODEX - Planning and management of three engineering related budgets: Energy, Maintenance, Consumables.
- GMI - Save initiative planning and project execution.
- People - Agile organization, risk management, community building.
- BS. Degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical/Chemical/Industrial).
- MBA Degree - Advantage.
- At least 10 years' experience in Aseptic/Sterile technologies.
- Experience with complex manufacturing (Respiratory, patches, etc.) - Nice to have.
- Experience in sterile and bio - Must have.
- Coordinating initiatives in a complex global environment.
- Equipment Reliability and understanding of OPEX principles.
- Excellent understanding of Aseptic/Sterile equipment industry standards and major OEM players.
- Understanding trends in equipment technology across the pharma industry.
- Large, complex, multi level organizational interface experience.
- Global, multinational experience.
- Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage.
