Global Business Development Director - Contract Logistics (FMCG / Healthcare)

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Director to drive revenue growth and expand contract logistics activities across multiple regions within the FMCG / Healthcare verticals. This senior role involves shaping and executing commercial strategies, identifying new market opportunities, and managing key client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategies to achieve contract logistics growth targets
• Identify and pursue new clients and markets
• Analyze market trends to refine commercial approaches
• Collaborate cross-functionally with solution design, marketing, operations, and finance
• Lead negotiations and contract agreements

Candidate Profile:

• Degree in business, marketing, management, or related field
• Minimum 15 years' experience in contract logistics business development in multicultural environments, specifically focussing on the FMCG or Healthcare vertical
• Strong expertise in sales, negotiation, and client relationship management
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Strong network of existing customers
