The Director, Data Analytics is a senior leadership role within the Clinical Solutions Data Operations team, responsible for the design, delivery, and continuous improvement of end-to-end business analytics, reporting and data management across a complex, matrixed environment.
The Director, Data Analytics will collaborate cross-functionally with business, operations, data analytics, and technology teams, to set priorities, manage competing initiatives, and deliver actionable insights into business performance. This role will be responsible for building and managing solid partnerships with key stakeholders to align priorities, resolve dependencies, and support effective delivery across the end-to-end data operations ecosystem. The Director will maintain high standards for data quality and consistency, support operational decision making, and directly lead a team of data and analytics specialists.

Primary Responsibilities- Lead the design, delivery, and continuous improvement of business intelligence, reporting, analytics, and data management capabilities that support operational and strategic decision making
- Define and govern key metrics, reporting standards, dashboards, and performance insights to ensure leaders have clear, consistent, and reliable business information
- Partner with senior stakeholders across business, operations, data engineering, and technology teams to translate business needs into scalable analytics and reporting solutions
- Oversee analytics delivery, prioritisation, dependencies, risks, and issue resolution across a portfolio of data and reporting initiatives
- Drive data quality, consistency, automation, and AI first improvement opportunities to enhance reporting effectiveness and business insight
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of data and analytics specialists, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, innovation, inclusion, and performance

Required Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, Information Systems, Business, Technology, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience
- Proven significant experience leading data analytics, business intelligence, reporting, data operations, or related functions within complex environments
- Proven experience leading teams responsible for business intelligence delivery, dashboarding, reporting, data quality, insight generation, and business performance analytics
- Demonstrated solid understanding of data governance, metric definition, reporting controls, and the importance of consistent and reliable business performance information
- Proven ability to partner with senior stakeholders, business teams, data engineering teams, and technology teams to translate business needs into scalable reporting and analytics solutions
- Demonstrated solid leadership, communication, and execution skills, with the ability to influence across a matrixed organization, manage competing priorities, and deliver measurable outcomes
- Demonstrated knowledge of the U.S. healthcare services industry
- Demonstrated familiarity with U.S. healthcare Risk Adjustment and population health management
- Demonstrated certification or formal training in Data Analytics or a related discipline
