Director Consultant, Strategy and business transformation Job overview

Pursue your career within a management boutique where your responsibilities will include:

  • Strategic positioning at the transformation process level and support for our clients' transformations:
    • Alignment, potential issues detection, contribution to new strategies
    • Team support with respect to the strategy of the mandate and the structuring of the deliverables
    • Design of deliverables at an executive level
    • Leadership in mandate
  • Strategy design and team support for implementation and change management activities
  • Client relationship management, identification of business opportunities and strategic interventions in challenging contexts
  • Team management and development of consultants in mandate
  • Project management (schedule, budget) and progress reporting
  • Contribution to the firm's development and profitability through various working committees and special projects
  • Active contribution to business development :
    • Involvement in service offerings to customers and their validation
    • Active presence in client and partner ecosystems
    • Coordination of individual contributions in business relationships
  • Promotion and transmission of our values to our colleagues and clients: audacity, openness, kindness, humility and enjoyment
Your profile
  • Graduate degree in management, strategy,organizational development or change management (or any other field relevant to organizational transformation; we also welcome atypical profiles!)
  • At least 10 years of professional experience in consulting
  • Concern for the satisfaction of your clients and colleagues through the quality of your work, your interpersonal skills, and sound management of the activities entrusted to you
  • Influential and guiding role with colleagues and clients
  • Strong work ethic and professionalism
  • Curiosity and interest in self development
  • Strong interpersonal skills, ability to give and receive feedback
  • Ability to conceptualize and synthesize information
  • Versatility and adaptability
  • Intrapreneurial spirit, sense of initiative and responsibility
  • Proficiency in MS Office software
  • Excellent communication skills in French and English, written and oral
