Job Description

Relation is seeking a Director Clinical Pharmacology to lead quantitative pharmacology across discovery and development. You will drive Model Informed Drug Development (MIDD) strategies, integrate nonclinical and clinical PK/PD, and optimize trial design across modalities in a hybrid London setting.

You will oversee PK/PD modelling, liaise with Translational Safety and Biomarkers teams, and mentor teams while advancing AI-enabled decision tools.
