Director, AI-Driven MTA Engineering

Mimecast is seeking a Director, MTA Engineering to lead a multi-squad organization within the Email & Collaboration Security group. You will own delivery outcomes, engineering quality, and organizational health across the MTA platform, processing over 1.7 billion emails daily for 42,000+ customers.

This role reports to the VP of Engineering and requires strategic leadership at scale. The London-based position is hybrid with two on-site days per week.
