Learning & development - Training to support your career development and the skills demand within the company, certifications etc. YOUR PROFILE We seek a Director level candidate to join the team to strengthen our consulting go-to-market in the Digital Excellence team specifically across the private sector. You will be part of the practice leadership team, and you'll help drive our go-to-market plans, our growth strategy and shape our offers in this space. You will also be responsible for growing our people, developing our Digital Excellence capability and leading sales and delivery work with new and existing clients. You'll generate new business and sell and deliver in excess of £2m per annum of management consulting work.You'll bring experience in winning, delivering and leading Digital transformations, from a product & agile perspective within the Energy, Transition and Utilities sectorand have a passion for transforming business through enabling technology and transforming the way clients operate. Extensive experience of working with senior leadership in shaping Digital transformation programmes, designing/embedding operating models to create and embed new products. Experience of transforming IT and OT business functions within clients, driving programme delivery in line with business strategic goals. Have experience in delivering digital delivery and innovation to clients within Energy, Transition and Utilities sector, applying expertise to our business development activities. Have knowledge or experience implementing one (or more) of the following: Smart grid technologies, IoT asset management technologies, data platform modernisation, proactive monitoring tools, CRM systems for billing, field service optimisation, digital twin technologies, Be an Expert in Digital Delivery & Strategy with a specialisation in understanding how multidisciplinary teams can deliver digital transformation, new experiences and embed emerging technology, along with an understanding of business change/adoption. Have expert facilitation skills for Program Planning / Product Vision, Design Thinking, Strategy, Definition, Roadmap, Visioning etc. Currently working in a major Consulting firm, and/or in industry but having a Consulting background Proven ability to be successful in a matrixed organisation, and to enlist support and commitment from peers in selling and delivering consulting solutions. Experience of proposition building and delivery. Business development - utilising a combination of the organisation's broader pre-existing relationships, company relationships and your own network, you'll be generating c .£2m of consulting revenues (Director).
