Our client is seeking a seasoned fiduciary professional with strong local experience to take on a senior leadership role within their Private Clients division. This position is based in Guernsey and is key to succession planning within the business, offering significant strategic involvement and team oversight responsibilities.

Location Duties for this role include, but are not limited to:

• Leading and mentoring a dedicated private client team, in collaboration with the Client Director.
• Acting as a primary contact for key client relationships, ensuring delivery of a high standard of service.
• Providing in-depth knowledge of the Guernsey fiduciary environment to support regulatory and technical matters.
• Driving team performance and supporting business growth initiatives.
• Playing an integral role in the firm's long-term succession planning strategy.

Skills / Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have strong local market knowledge, demonstrable leadership skills, and a strategic outlook. This role is suited to an experienced senior manager or associate director ready to step up, as well as those already operating at director level. Please note, this position does not carry a housing licence.
