Director - Asset Management This is a great job for someone who has Strong understanding of financial models, legal documentation, and infrastructure market dynamics. A bit about the job: We are seeking an experienced Asset Manager to join our Infrastructure Equity team, where you will play a central role in overseeing the performance and long term value creation of a diverse portfolio of private market investments across the UK and Europe. In this position, you'll lead post acquisition investment management activities, represent the firm on portfolio company boards, and guide strategic decisions through to exit. You'll take ownership of valuation processes, proactively identify asset risks and compliance considerations, and provide robust technical and commercial analysis to support effective governance. Working closely with colleagues and stakeholders, you will drive asset optimisation strategies, contribute to reporting and business planning, and ensure full alignment with legal, regulatory, and governance frameworks. This role also offers the opportunity to mentor junior team members and collaborate with senior leaders, helping to shape a high performing, inclusive team environment. Skills and experience we're looking for: Ability to interpret complex commercial, contractual, and financial challenges. Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure. Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective stakeholder engagement. Degree-level education (Master's preferred). Proficiency in European languages is advantageous.
