Job Description
About the role

Within the Governance BU in the CSR entity, you will be responsible for the operational implementation of the management's strategy on MTDR offers. You will actively participate in the development and evolution of MTDR Service offers in collaboration with pre-sales teams.

In this role, you will oversee the functional management of all associated production teams.

You will also be directly responsible for the Security Manager Teams. You will ensure, with your teams, the quality and continuous improvement of our detection services, in compliance with contractual commitments and customer satisfaction.

You will manage and motivate your Security Managers teams, who are the technical pilots of detection services and key players in client governance, supported by your local managers.

Your activities are divided into four main areas:

  1. Promotion and deployment of the MTDR offer
  2. Continuous improvement, transformation of our clients, and service quality
  3. Team management
  4. Reporting and objectives
1. Promotion and deployment of the MTDR offer
  • Define and implement your scope strategy in coordination with your manager
  • Support pre-sales activities
  • Actively participate in the development and definition of MTDR services and ensure the regular evolution of service offerings within your scope
  • Contribute to contract renewals
2. Continuous improvement, client transformation, and service quality
  • Monitor activity progress and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Participate in steering and strategic committees of your clients
  • Lead all production teams in ongoing actions related to continuous service improvement
  • Ensure the quality level of the provided services
  • In complex or crisis situations, recommend and implement corrective actions with the relevant teams
  • Actively contribute to transforming our clients in coordination with Build teams
3. Team management
  • Recruit, lead, coordinate, and develop high-performing and motivated teams
  • Foster inter-team collaboration
  • Ensure activity levels are maintained
  • Collaborate with HR on recruitment needs
  • Manage your scope teams
  • Ensure skills development through coaching, training, and evaluation
  • Promote professionalization of the profession through experience and knowledge sharing
  • Manage career development within your scope
  • Conduct Employee Interviews (EI)

About you

Your key strengths and skills for the role include:

  • Higher education Bac +4/ Bac +5, with at least 5 years of team management experience, with a technical and operational background
  • Recognized interpersonal skills: listening, pedagogy, autonomy, rigor, and organization
  • Good synthesis skills, autonomous, proactive
