Direct Pricing Operations Specialist - Hilversum (Hybrid)

We are looking for a Direct Pricing Operations Specialist to join a fast-paced digital operations team supporting product availability across all consumer channels in the EMEA region. The role ensures customers are charged accurate prices by managing the operational aspects of pricing, promotions, and markdowns.

You will collaborate closely with operations, merchandising, planning, retail moments, and technology teams across regions, reporting to a Pricing Operations Manager.

• Support store channels with seasonal and ongoing pricing projects.
• Ensure accurate setup and flow of pricing, promotions, and markdowns across systems.
• Execute and validate pricing in collaboration with the pricing operations squad.
• Resolve daily pricing issues and generate insights for long-term fixes.
• Coordinate root-cause analysis for high-impact issues.
• Identify improvements to tools, dashboards, and processes.
• Support deployment of new capabilities and maintain calendars, documentation, and trackers.
• Agile and curious in improving end-to-end workflows.

• Strong affinity for numbers and advanced Excel skills.
• Excellent English communication and presentation abilities.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Fast learner with ability to adopt new systems.
• Ability to work independently, manage ad-hoc requests, and collaborate with diverse teams.
• Energetic, positive attitude with interest in E-commerce, retail, sport, or fashion.
• Proven operational, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities.
