What We're Looking For

While you are required to have at least 12 months flying experience within the last 5 years, we are also focused on your attitude, professionalism, and passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

The Essentials
To meet regulatory and operational requirements, you'll need to:

Be 18+ years old.

Have at least 12 months flying experience within the last 5 years (by 31 st December 2025)

Be between 5'2" (157.5 cm) and 6'3" (190 cm) tall without shoes.

Be fluent in written and spoken English.

Hold the right to work in the UK, with a valid passport and unrestricted travel across the UK, EEA, and the easyJet network (Skilled Worker visa sponsorship is not available)

Live within 90 minutes of your chosen base

Have no visible tattoos on the head, face, or neck (any tattoos must be inoffensive)

Be comfortable selling items from our CAFE.SHOP range including alcohol (this also contributes to your commission).

Swim 25 metres unaided, tread water, inflate a life jacket, and climb into a life raft.

Pass a UK CAA Cabin Crew medical and fit securely into a jump seat with a lap belt and shoulder harness.
