Your tasks and responsibilities- Purchase materials to support production and service in line with business needs.
- Maximise the use of Lean supply methods to meet delivery and inventory objectives.
- Monitor key metrics in the areas of on-time delivery, inventory, cost, quality and service to achieve agreed targets with suppliers.
- Lead all significant issue resolution programs with suppliers in conjunction with Engineering and Quality.

Your qualifications and experience- Bachelor's degree in Business, Procurement, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related discipline (QQI level 8).
- Minimum of 5 years professional experience within Procurement, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
- You are a team player, capable of building strong and influential relationships with internal stakeholders and suppliers.
- You have a good working knowledge of procurement methods, tools, processes and reports.
- You are a problem solver with a continuous improvement mindset.
- You are self-directing, goal orientated and able to prioritize your workload.
