Digital Workplace Consultant

Digital Workplace Consultant - Hybrid with Barcelona - Contractor/Freelance - English proficiency in speaking and writing required!

Global Enterprise Partners is currently looking for a Full time highly skilled Digital Workplace Technical Consultant. This role is pivotal for one of our key healthcare clients based in Barcelona, where you will manage the interface between business users and technical teams, plan, and execute the migration to independent Digital Workplace services as part of a carve-out project. Required Experience:

• 5+ years of experience in enterprise Digital Workplace technologies.
• Device life cycle management (Windows/macOS).
• Microsoft 365 administration and support.
• SharePoint Online administration and architecture.
• Enterprise voice and communication systems.
• Software packaging, deployment, and life cycle management.
• Knowledge of IT service management processes and tools.
• Experience with technical requirements gathering and documentation.
• Familiarity with IT separation/migration projects.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary technical coordinator for all Digital Workplace service requests from business users to the technical team.
• Triage, prioritize, and track service requests across the Digital Workplace portfolio.
• Provide first-level technical analysis of issues and requirements before escalation.
• Document technical requirements and solutions.
• Participate in technical assessments for service & migration planning.
• Develop and implement proof of concept solutions for the new digital workplace infrastructure.
• Support the eventual migration of services.
• Prepare regular status reports on BAU activities and migration planning.

Preferred Skills:

• Strong coordination skills.
• Technical experience in various areas mentioned.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Prior experience in migration/carve-out projects.

Location: Hybrid with Barcelona, minimum of 1 day every 2 weeks in the office.

Start Date: ASAP

Contract Duration: Initial contract period till the end of the year with an option to extend based on migration timeline
