To support our transformational digital strategy, the Learning and Development team has an exciting new role for a Digital Systems Trainer to join the Barchester family.
The Digital Systems Trainer is a new position responsible for implementing Barchester's digital transformation projects, including e-care planning, electronic rostering, CRM, and HRIS. The role ensures these systems are fully integrated, adopted, and maintained for the future.
Reporting to the Head of Digital Training, the Digital Systems Trainer will be a key member of the Digital Transformation Team, working closely with implementation leads, operations, the L&D team, and project managers.
The role involves designing training strategies and materials, delivering training across all sites through face-to-face classroom sessions, individual coaching, remote video training, and post-training support. Additionally, the trainer will act as the subject matter expert on various aspects of digital training and provide guidance on change management throughout the organization.
This position requires significant travel across a designated division or region, including national travel and overnight stays as needed.

Required Experience:- Experience delivering digital systems training from inception to implementation, ideally within a healthcare setting.
- Experience managing large-scale digital projects across multiple sites.
- Excellent written and communication skills.
- A strong focus on customer satisfaction for internal stakeholders.
- Ability to meet tight deadlines and KPIs.
- Ability to work well within a team and independently.
- Good eye for detail and design.
