The Role
An expanding not-for-profit organisation is recruiting a Digital System Administrator to support a strategic transformation project. You'll play a key role in maintaining and enhancing internal systems (Dynamics 365 CRM & Power Platform) to improve data flow, automation, and user experience-within a flexible and collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer and support Dynamics 365 CRM, Power Apps, and MApp platforms

• Collaborate with internal teams to define requirements and configure systems

• Produce user guides, test plans, and support system improvement projects

Candidate Profile

• 1 years' experience with Dynamics 365 CRM and Microsoft Power Platform

• Strong documentation, configuration, and support experience

• Confident working with stakeholders and external development partners
