What You'll Be Doing

As a Digital Recruitment & Business Consultant, you will have full ownership of your business unit:

• Design and execute your commercial strategy to build and manage a portfolio of clients.
• Develop new business opportunities through prospecting, networking and strategic partnerships.
• Advise your clients by understanding their challenges, needs and culture to become a true business partner.
• Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, from talent mapping and sourcing strategies to interviews and offer management.
• Source talent creatively, through CV screening, events, communities and new ideas - being bold and different!
• Coach and support candidates throughout their job search process and career decisions.
• Organize and manage candidate/client meetings to ensure smooth processes and solid relationships.
• Optimize employer branding and candidate experience to attract top-tier talent.
• Build long-term trust with clients and candidates, becoming a key influencer in their growth and success.
• Manage the financial performance of your business unit, defining your own growth strategy and goals.
• Contribute actively to the team's success, sharing your results, ideas and improvements.

What We're Looking For

• Entrepreneurial, business-driven and ambitious mindset. You enjoy creating your own opportunities.
• Strong resilience, proactivity, and ownership in facing challenges.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to influence and build trust quickly.
• Ideally some experience as a business developer, recruitment consultant or in a startup/scaleup (but if not, we'll train you!).
• Fluent in English + either Spanish or French.
• Interest in technology, digital innovation and emerging markets.
• A structured, methodical and organized approach, with the ability to multitask in a dynamic environment.
• Someone resolutive, persuasive and with strong intuition to understand people's motivations.
• A positive, curious, open-minded person ready to be part of one of the best teams in Barcelona.
