As a fast-growing digital partner, we're looking for a Digital Project Manager in AI, Power Platform & Copilot to help our clients translate business needs into smart, scalable, and sustainable solutions.

Your role

We are currently seeking a Digital Project Manager in AI, Power Platform & Copilot with a strong interest in the digital world and emerging technologies. In this role, you will serve as the vital link between our clients and development team. Your responsibilities will include:

• Staying up to date with innovations in tools like Microsoft Copilot, Power Platform, and AI-based applications, and helping clients understand how these can be integrated into their workflows.
• Managing and following up on mentoring, building & technical coaching projects from start to finish.
• You shape the strategic vision for digital transformation, creating roadmaps, aligning teams, and engaging senior stakeholders to ensure successful adoption and scaling of digital initiatives across organizations
• Translating client needs into clear briefings for developers and technical mentors.
• Coordinating timelines, budgets, and resources.
• Communicating proactively with clients, ensuring transparency and satisfaction.
• Identifying upsell opportunities and helping clients get the most out of their digital products.
• Organizing and attending in-person meetings in Belgium at least once a week.

You are not expected to write code, but a strong understanding of the Microsoft Power Platform and digital technologies is essential. Familiarity with low-code/no-code platforms and the potential of AI tools is a big plus. You know how to keep a project on track while maintaining a positive relationship with all stakeholders.

Your profile

We are looking for someone who checks most of the following boxes:

• A bachelor's or master's degree in a technological, economic, or communication-related field
• Proven experience in project management
• Interest in, or experience with, no-code software development and artificial intelligence
• Expertise in Microsoft Power Platform, Microsoft 365, and/or Copilot is a strong plus
• Strong interpersonal skills; socially fluent and client-oriented
• Comfortable with remote work and values focus time to get meaningful work done
• Self-reliant and proactive, with the ability to take ownership and an intrapreneurial mindset
