We're seeking a confident Project Manager who can lead complex projects, collaborating with talented colleagues to create the best solutions for our clients. Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple projects from pre sales involvement to final handoff to maintenance teams.
• Guide large, complex initiatives to meet agreed upon objectives and help clients achieve their business goals.
• Manage transitions and transformations, engage stakeholders, and establish governance.
• Adapt established processes and methodologies-usually a hybrid of Agile on the operational level and PMI based structures for strategic governance-to deliver the best possible outcomes.
• Set strategic direction for multiple projects within a broader program, aligning them with overall business priorities.
• Ensure all projects deliver tangible business value, secure budgets, approve high level plans, and act as a key liaison with C suite executives.
• Collaborate closely with Tech Leads or Architects, work with Account Managers, manage external partnerships and vendor relationships, and provide clear executive level reporting.
• Help evolve Triple's project management capabilities, raise internal standards, oversee and support Project Managers across various workstreams.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in a project management role.
• Bachelor's degree (or higher).
• Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, IPMA C, or comparable).
• Professional proficiency in English (Dutch is a plus).
• Strong communication skills and talent for building relationships.
• Comfortable in a fast paced, high energy environment.
• Natural leader with a problem solving mindset.
• Living in the Netherlands.
