Digital Project Director

At Triple, you'll work on impactful digital solutions used by millions. We're seeking a confident Project Manager who can lead complex projects, collaborating with talented colleagues to create the best solutions for our clients. You'll develop your skills, enhance your leadership abilities, and contribute to our achievement of ambitious goals.

What You'll Do

• Project Execution - You'll adapt established processes and methodologies-usually a hybrid of Agile on the operational level and PMI-based structures for strategic governance-to deliver the best possible outcomes.
• Strategic Direction - You'll set the strategic direction for multiple projects within a broader program, aligning them with overall business priorities.
• Drive Business Value - You'll ensure that all projects within the program deliver tangible business value and directly support organizational goals. You'll secure budgets, approve high level plans, and act as a key liaison with C suite executives to align on vision and outcomes.
• Collaboration & Coordination - You'll work closely with Tech Leads or Architects on technical considerations, and team up with Account Managers on commercial aspects, ensuring you're never alone in navigating challenges. You'll manage external partnerships and vendor relationships while providing clear, executive level reporting and insights.
• Advancing Our Practice - You'll help evolve Triple's project management capabilities, raising our internal standards and contributing to the company's broader aspirations. You'll oversee and support Project Managers across various workstreams to ensure cohesive execution and delivery.

What do you bring with you?

• 8+ years in a project management role
• Bachelor's degree (or higher)
• Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, IPMA C, or comparable)
• Professional proficiency in English (Dutch is a plus)
• Strong communication skills and a knack for building relationships
• Comfortable in a fast paced, high energy environment
• Natural leader with a problem solving mindset
• Living in the Netherlands
