Digital Product Lead/Manager- Transformation (Marketplace & Vendor Portal)

Location: Fareham, United Kingdom (Hybrid-3 days onsite)

Role Purpose

A senior product leader to drive digital transformation across the vendor portal and marketplace platforms. This role owns end-to-end product direction, delivery governance, and commercial value realisation - turning enterprise architecture vision into measurable, live product outcomes.

Core Accountability

Product Ownership & Strategy

• Define and lead roadmap across marketplace and vendor portal domains

• Translate digital strategy into clearly structured epics, increments, and measurable value

• Prioritise based on OKRs, KPIs, revenue, cost, adoption, and operational impact

• Balance platform stabilisation, migration, and long-term experience evolution

Delivery & Vendor Governance

• Lead build and migration via an outsourced development partner

• Govern inherited the contract commercially and operationally

• Own backlog, sequencing, and value tracking via Azure DevOps (or equivalent)

• Oversee supplier quality, scope control, and delivery performance

Stakeholder Leadership

• Align engineering, UX, commercial, and operations

• Influence exec and senior stakeholders

• Secure decisions and unblock cross-functional risks

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Senior Product Owner/Product Manager in transformational environments
• Experience with digital experience platforms (portal, E-commerce, marketplace, B2B/B2B2X)
• Strong third-party/vendor governance experience
• Commercially fluent - links product to measurable financial outcomes
• Agile enterprise tooling (Azure DevOps preferred)
• Comfortable operating in ambiguity with a defined target state
