Digital Partnerships Lead - Hilversum - Retail

We're currently hiring a Digital Partnerships Lead for a client within the Retail industry based in Hilversum.

Digital Partnerships Lead - Key Responsibilities:

• Drive sustainable and profitable growth of the digital partnerships channel by optimizing existing partnerships and onboarding new, relevant partners in line with the company's digital strategy.
• Optimize and develop existing Partner Program partners (3P business model), focusing on assortment, visibility, and operating models.
• Support the onboarding of new partners, managing the end-to-end process from contract creation to range selection and production testing.
• Accelerate card-linked initiatives by collaborating with partners to target relevant audiences and drive engagement across digital platforms.
• Support the growth of the Gift Card program across both direct-to-consumer (DTC) and multi-branded B2B channels.
• Optimize and grow existing community partnerships, driving traffic and engagement through closed-group cohorts of partners and consumers.

Digital Partnerships Lead - Key Qualifications:

• Curious and innovative mindset
• Strong commercial acumen and sense of ownership
• Proven experience working with external stakeholders
• Excellent project management skills and ability to meet tight deadlines
• Ability to influence and bring stakeholders along on the journey

Digital Partnerships Lead - Contract details:

• Start date: December 1st
• Location: Hybrid, Hilversum
• Duration: 6months + (plus potential extensions)
