We are seeking a highly organized and detail-driven Senior Specialist to support business operations across EMEA, with a focus on digital commerce and product customization. This role operates in a fast-paced environment, managing daily workflows, coordinating with multiple stakeholders, and ensuring smooth operational execution for high-visibility retail moments. Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operational tasks for the digital customization business, ensuring accuracy and on-time execution.
• Coordinate the planning and setup of customization tools, systems, and assets.
• Support readiness activities for major retail events and product launches.
• Handle daily issue resolution related to personalization, fulfillment, and product configuration.
• Manage relationships with distribution centers and external vendors to maintain smooth operations.
• Collaborate with internal teams across operations, digital, and global partners to deliver timely, high-quality outputs.
• Contribute to continuous process improvement, documentation, and operational efficiency.

Key Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional experience in operations, E-commerce, digital retail, or a related environment.
• Background in direct-to-consumer or online retail operations is highly preferred.
• Experience working with third-party vendors and external partners.
• Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
• Quick learner with the ability to pick up systems and workflows efficiently.
• Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
• Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to support ad-hoc requests and occasional non-standard working hours.
• Proactive, collaborative team player with a positive attitude and passion for E-commerce, retail, or consumer products.

• Location: Hybrid, Hilversum
• Initial end date: 31/07/2026 (plus potential extensions)
