Exciting Opportunity for Digital Marketing Account Managers, Acquisition BD, AI Business Partners & Agency Sales Managers

Location: Dublin City Centre. Depending on the role, it can be Hybrid Model (3 days in office, Monday to Friday) or Fully Office based (AI roles).

Contract: 1 year (Renewable based on performance).

Languages: Fluent in Dutch OR German OR Danish OR Norwegian OR Swedish, and with good English proficiency.

Start Date: June and July 2026.

About the Role

Join our client, a rapidly growing company, as they expand into the above listed markets. We are seeking Digital Marketing Account Managers, Acquisition-BD, AI Business Partners, and Agency Sales Managers to drive success in the Netherland & Belgium regions, German markets, and Nordic regions.

Who Should Apply?

• Language Proficiency: Fluent in Dutch OR German OR Danish OR Norwegian OR Swedish, and with a C1 or C2 level of English. (Please note that only English fluency is not enough!)
• Digital Marketing Enthusiast: Passionate about digital marketing with a relevant degree.
• Sales Experience: Proven track record in sales, target-driven, and results-oriented.
• Location: Already based in Ireland or having already planned to be here by end of May 2026.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a high volume of new and existing accounts.
• Retain and grow revenue within your accounts.
• Understand partners' business goals and provide actionable insights.
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop and maintain relationships.
• Troubleshoot and optimize campaigns.
• Upsell, cross-sell, and activate accounts.
