Role for Digital Marketing Executive

Reporting to the Marketing Manager, you will take ownership of driving lead generation across digital.

  • Lead and deliver all digital marketing activity in line with the wider marketing strategy
  • Manage and optimise the company website using WordPress or a similar CMS
  • Oversee day to day management of social media channels, including LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube
  • Plan and execute digital campaigns across paid, owned, and earned channels
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to create engaging digital content, including graphics, video, and case studies
  • Monitor, analyse, and report on digital performance, providing actionable insights for improvement
  • Ensure brand consistency across all digital touchpoints
  • Keep up to date with digital trends, tools, and best practices to enhance performance and efficiency

Job Requirements
  • Proven experience in a digital marketing role 3+ years
  • Strong expertise in SEO, social media strategy, and content marketing
  • Hands on experience managing websites using WordPress or similar CMS
  • Confident using digital analytics and reporting tools (e.g., GA4, Search Console, Semrush)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proactive self starter with the ability to take ownership and deliver measurable results
  • Experience in B2B marketing
  • Graphic design skills (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva)
  • Basic photography or videography skills
