Due to continued growth we are looking for 2 apprentices to join our IT team based in Edinburgh where you will provide internal and external clients with first level support.

Responsibilities:

  • Providing internal and external clients with first level support
  • Assisting with internal and external client equipment builds and support
  • Resolving problems to the end user's satisfaction
  • Monitoring the helpdesk ticket queue and prioritise appropriately
  • Escalating unresolved tickets to the next level support
  • Assisting with onboarding and offboarding of users
  • Maintaining internal equipment asset records

Desirable skills:

  • Strong interest in technologies and concepts
  • Excellent customer service skills, including telephone and email communication
  • Excellent written, verbal communication and presentation skills
  • A positive "can do" attitude
  • Be ambitious and self-motivated
  • Strong team player with problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Keen to learn and share knowledge
  • Able to work to tight schedules and deadlines

Salary:

£18,000 per annum

Working hours:

Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm
