Digital Information Coordinator

• Hybrid to an office in Scotland
• Glasgow, Aberdeen, Inverness or Perth

• £400 - £450 - inside of IR35

We are recruiting a data-focused information coordinator with strong analytical, reporting, and data quality assurance capabilities. Candidates with strong data management, reporting, and information assurance skills are required to support our clients growing workload across their project portfolio.

Key skills and experience we are seeking:

• Strong Excel skills, including working with large datasets, data validation, analysis, and reporting.
• Experience with Power BI for dashboard development, reporting, and data visualisation.
• Experience with Morta (online tables, workflows, and data management processes) would be highly desirable.
• Ability to review and validate project information, including MIDPs, naming conventions, metadata, and information quality received from delivery partners.
• Strong attention to detail and experience working with structured project or asset data.
• Some coding or automation capability (Python, Power Query, or similar) would be beneficial.
• Good stakeholder engagement skills.
