Job Details Digital HR HCM Manager - Workday SKALE: 70 LOCATION: UK LINE MANAGER: Product Manager, Digital HR FUNCTION / TEAM: Technology / Group Technology OVERVIEW As part of our investment into Technology, Operations and Product, Kantar is looking to recruit a Product Owner to support the collaboration set of tools to define & deliver our digital product strategy for Workday and other HR Technology services within HR. Kantar has a major technology programme underway and are investing heavily in transforming our ways of working including investing in robotics, AI and the automation of all our end-to-end process, whilst moving to build a more product orientated business. This is an exciting time to join Kantar on this journey and play a pivotal role in leading innovative and impactful solutions for our clients.As part of Kantar's Technology Division, this role will be accountable for all technology design, deliver and operate across the collaboration elements of the Digital HR product solution set. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Full accountability for delivery of the right combination of products, at the right time, at the best cost and helping colleagues using the services make the right choices for end user collaboration services, including: + Collaborate with the Product Manager to understand the product vision and strategy. + Strategic assessment of products and service provision (to best serve Kantar) + Product portfolio/catalogue governance, improvement plan definition and cost modelling + Product pricing in support of strategy/long term efficiencies + Orchestration of new Product introduction across operations and colleagues (business launch) + Customer journey (browse, buy, service/optimise) and end user experience + Drive adoption in line with strategy (Product evangelist, communicators and trainers) + Benchmarking and consumption optimisation insights + Maintain and prioritize the product backlog with the support of the Scrum Master. + Break down high-level requirements into actionable user stories and define acceptance criteria with Stakeholders for user stories to ensure they meet the desired quality. + Regularly communicate with stakeholders to provide updates on progress and gather feedback. + Point of contact for other Kantar teams, answering questions and providing clarification. + Ensure the team has a clear understanding of the work to be done in each sprint. Ensure Kantar Group has an accurate, up-to-date understanding of HRIS related platforms, how that underpins and drives business applications, and where technical debt, capability gaps etc. exist Contribute to a wider Technology Risk agenda with accountability for Workday related components Help defining our to-be service in the Digital HR space and working with our strategic outsource provider in an Agile way to design and deliver those products and services across multiple domains including, but not limited to: Drive adoption and evolution of all these products through Business Change, colleague communications, training and knowledge management Improve service for all Kantar IT products used internally through promotion of the use of colleague self-help, proactive fixing and automation Service design, reporting, assurance and governance for Digital HR products Service Reviews with lines of business Operational Reviews with 3rd party managed services Voice of the customer collating continuous feedback of requirements into the Agile engineering lifecycle for all Digital HR products Define and continuously improve ways of working, liaising closely with colleagues across technology and the wider business Form a key part of the Kantar extended technology leadership team, working closely with the rest of Group Technology and EDS peers to help move the function forward and ensure close alignment of activities ROLE DESCRIPTION Work with a team of Digital HR specialists, product owners and subject matter experts to ensure a great colleague experience Strategic management of the Digital HR Workday portfolio with our outsource partner to ensure alignment with Enterprise Architecture strategy and assure the appropriate quality and cost of the service CAPBILITIES AND EXPERIENCE Experience Deep expertise in Workday, with advanced knowledge in Absence Management and Reporting. Hands-on experience in Workday configuration, requirements gathering, and end-to-end solution delivery. Proven track record of Workday testing, troubleshooting, and resolving issues efficiently. Experience managing Workday optimization projects, coordinating with multiple stakeholders to ensure successful delivery. Background working with HR processes and supporting HRIT platforms in a complex, enterprise-scale environment. Demonstrated ability to lead workshops, present solutions, and facilitate technical and business discussions confidently. Solid understanding of stakeholder engagement and management, with a history of building strong, trusted relationships. Capabilities Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; able to proactively identify challenges and recommend practical solutions. Confident in planning, prioritizing and managing multiple tasks, with excellent self-organization and time management. Highly collaborative and team-oriented, with a passion for enabling People and HR operations through technology.
